	Customer Objectives KPR i-Services Limited aims to provide you, our customer, with the solution you need to meet your business objectives. We also attempt to implement your online store at a price you can afford. These are our core values and we will do our very best to achieve them.


			Implementing a Project KPR i-Services works to established project management principles. If after an initial discussion we both believe that there is scope to move forward we will prepare a project proposal for you to review. This document demonstrates our understanding of your requirements and will include initial estimates of the cost of implementing the project. If you like what you read then together we work to refine the project proposal. KPR i-Services Limited will also build a demo web site that will demonstrate some of the functionality of the final solution. This web site won’t have all the configuration implemented but will you to create products and shop as a consumer would. This experience helps to build confidence that we can work together.



		Once we finalize the scope and cost of the project KPR i-Services Limited will start to implement the solution and keep you informed by whatever method is best for you. We prepare a Project Plan with timetable and project risks attached as well as weekly Project Progress Reports to keep you informed of progress. We also provide you with a Project Contract that outlines our responsibilities to you as well as your responsibilities in using our services such as hosting. None of this will take up too much of your time as we have slimmed everything down to the bare essentials. We will work in partnership with you during the entire project and share the project tasks in a way that suits your time and resources. If you have in-house skills available then we will train them up to use and run the store although our experiences tell us the most customers can have their store loaded with products and selling to consumers in just a couple of days. Flexibility is one of our key strengths. Once you are up and running we do encourage every customer to take out a support contract with us. Without a contract we can only assist you as time and resources allow
